Ledger-style record of incoming and outgoing moneys. Divided in three: church, house and school accounts, and divided into months within these sections. Outgoings include wages, candles, altar wine, coal, laundry, postage, electricity, medical fees, construction work etc. Income includes collections, retreats, special Masses, pensions, grants, rents etc.

Centenary of the Sacred Heart College and Church

Documents relating to the events organised in 1959 to celebrate the centenary of the return of the Jesuits to Limerick. Includes invitations to a 'Triduum of Thanksgiving' in the Sacred Heart Church, of which the Pontifical High Mass was celebrated by Dr Henry Murphy, Bishop of Limerick, on Sunday 8 March. Correspondence includes telegrams and letters, and comprises of congratulations from other Jesuit houses, the Fr General and the Vatican, as well as from lay organisations, such as the National Bank and An Garda Siochana, and replies to invitations to attend the ceremonies. Also includes the typed transcript of a sermon preached at one of the centenary ceremonies, as well as souvenir programmes for the play 'The Strong are Lonely' by Frtitz Hochwaelder, staged by the Old Crescent Players in February 1959 as part of the centenary celebrations, newspaper reports, and souvenir cards. There is also a handwritten document with the heading 'Centenary', which lists the names and addresses of subscribers and amounts pledged.

Copy case issued by Dundon & Treacy, solicitors, for William Binchy, BL ‘to advise Jesuit Fathers, Crescent College, Limerick’ in relation to the proposed purchase of a field from the Jones family in Dooradoyle. Gives a history of the Jones holding and of its proposed sale. Asks Counsel to consider the matter and advise Querists accordingly, and to draft an indemnity from Kate and Patrick Jones if he believes that the Querists could be adequately protected by such an indemnity.

Typed booklet charting the history of Crescent teams in the Munster Junior Cup, with information gathered mainly from local newspapers and the Mungret Annual. Includes a summary of the teams' record in the Cup, lists of players for each of the years (apart from 1937, 1939, 1940, 1941 and 1942), and also commentaries on some of the matches. Also includes a photo of the Junior Cup team for 1960-61, who won the Munster Schools' Junior Cup and the Limerick Schools' under 16 Cup.

Mary Anderson to have free use of half or more of the shed on the above property. The occupation of Patrick O'Shaughnessy of one acre of the land ‘shall not be deemed to be a breach of this agreement'.
