Concludes in a postscript 'I don't think myself we shall get the charter this time but it is a good thing to try.'

Judge O'Connor was at pains to point out the he was an "old boy" of the Crescent as well as Clongowes. He also gives details of his involvement as a barrister in a number of high profile cases.
