Applicants are both male and female, and the date of their application is given. Other information includes the last date on which alcohol was consumed, the style of emblem awarded (e.g., pin or brooch), and whether approval for membership was given or not. Insertions consist of sheets of paper of various sizes, with names and addresses [of further applicants].
