Amounts entered as paid, in instalments. Includes accounts from a later period [1927-], which were later copied into another account book. Also includes a handwritten page stuck to the inside cover re. expenditure on construction/renovation, and an insertion re household expenditure.

They include the names and addresses of the various benefactors and the amount of money donated or frequency of subscription to Sacred Heart Church and Crescent College, Limerick. Further information is sometimes given, such as the specific intention of the patron when giving donations (eg., for the repair of a building, or the maintenance of a sanctuary lamp); change of address; the patrons' status or membership of sodality, choir etc. One of the notebooks' title is 'List of Benefactors of the House & College for invitations to Plays etc.', and includes the number of tickets given to certain benefactors.
