Refers to a meeting between Fr Duffy and Archbishop Murphy and Governor Hamilton at a Government House Levée. Governor Hamilton greeted Fr Duffy very warmly and remembered how Fr Duffy saved his life in the Crimean war when he carried Governor Hamilton to an ambulance.
